Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made by consumers through the KwebbelTCG online store.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

Where a single order consists of several products that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform KwebbelTCG within this period via:

Returning a Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product no later than 14 calendar days after that notification to:

Collection or personal returns at this address are not possible.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product, except where:

  • an incorrect product was delivered;

  • the product was delivered damaged;

  • the product was defective upon delivery;

  • KwebbelTCG has expressly confirmed that the return costs will be reimbursed.

We recommend packaging the return securely and sending it with Track & Trace. The customer remains responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by KwebbelTCG. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect and assess a product in the same way as would reasonably be possible in a physical store.

As far as reasonably possible, products must be returned with:

  • all original parts and accessories;

  • the original packaging;

  • manuals, promotional items and any complimentary products supplied with the order;

  • sufficient protection against damage during transport.

You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from use or handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Sealed TCG Products

For sealed TCG products, including booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, decks and other collectible products, opening or damaging the factory seal may significantly reduce the product’s collectible and resale value.

Opening the packaging does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal. However, KwebbelTCG may deduct a demonstrable reduction in value where the product has been opened or handled beyond what was necessary to assess it.

For fully opened booster packs, boxes or other products containing randomly selected contents, the reduction in value may be substantial because the original sealed resale value has been lost. Each return will be assessed individually.

Products may not be returned after cards or other contents have been removed, exchanged, replaced or manipulated.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it.

Where you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible at kwebbeltcg@gmail.com and provide:

  • your name;

  • the order number;

  • a clear description of the issue;

  • clear photographs of the product;

  • photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials in the event of transport damage;

  • where possible, a photograph of the shipping label.

Do not dispose of the packaging or damaged product until you have received further instructions from us.

This policy does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available for the original order.

Additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive or expedited shipping method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided convincing evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Any legally permitted reduction in value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded and will be clearly explained.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Where you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at kwebbeltcg@gmail.com.

We will attempt to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee cancellation where the order has already been packed, processed or handed over to the carrier. Where the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving it.

Pre-orders

A pre-order may be cancelled before dispatch as long as it has not yet been finally processed or dispatched.

After receiving a pre-order, the same statutory withdrawal rules apply as for other products purchased online. Any change to the release date by the manufacturer or supplier will be communicated as soon as possible.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, for example to products made according to the customer’s specifications or products that are clearly personalised.

An exception will only be applied where it is valid under applicable consumer law and was clearly communicated before the purchase.
